Who am I?
I’m Barry Crisp, a passionate advocate for business growth, creativity, and innovation - with over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and international project management.
​
Throughout my career, I’ve managed major accounts and campaigns across a range of sectors, collaborating with global organisations such as the OECD, Google, and the European Commission. These experiences have shaped my cross-cultural sensitivity and my belief in the power of strategic, ethical marketing.
​
My expertise spans digital marketing, branding, business development, and event management, always with a focus on creating meaningful impact and measurable growth.
Beyond consultancy, I serve as Marketing Director at the Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces (GCHW) and as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Northampton. My academic and professional work explores areas such as social enterprise, sustainable innovation, and workplace wellbeing.

In 2023, my research and passion for sport led to the creation of two models - the Sports Brand Equity & Fan Engagement Model (SBEFEM) and the Fan Engagement Analysis Navigating & Strategy (FANS) Model - developed in response to the Premier League’s Fan Engagement Standard (FES).
